Related Party Transaction, Description of Transaction Two of the funds in which plan participants can invest are managed by an independent global investment manager that is considered a related party of the Company since it owned more than 10% of the Company's outstanding common stock as of October 1, 2016. Approximately 30% of the plan's assets are in these funds, only one of which holds a position in the Company's stock (represents less than one-quarter of one percent of the fund's holdings).
