Fiscal 2016 and 2014 were each 52 weeks and fiscal 2015 was a 53-week year, with the extra week occurring in the fourth fiscal quarter. The additional week in 2015 did not significantly affect the Company's results of operations or financial position. All references to years relate to fiscal years unless otherwise noted.
