Description of New Accounting Pronouncements Not yet Adopted [Text Block]	Recent Accounting Pronouncements In February 2013, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) issued Accounting Standards Update ("ASU") No. 2013-2, "Reporting of Amounts Reclassified Out of Accumulated Other Comprehensive Income". ASU No. 2013-2 requires disclosure of amounts reclassified out of accumulated other comprehensive income by component. The adoption of ASU 2013-2 will not materially impact the Company's financial statements and will be effective beginning in 2014.
