Income Taxes	Note 3. Income Taxes Our uncertain tax positions were $3.6 million at both July 30, 2011 and January 29, 2011. As of July 30, 2011, we do not believe that our estimates, as otherwise provided for, on such tax positions will significantly increase or decrease within the next twelve months. We are currently subject to income tax examinations by various states, but do not expect the resolution of the examinations will have a material impact on our financial position, results of operations, or liquidity.

Disclosures may include net deferred tax liability or asset recognized in an enterprise's statement of financial position, net change during the year in the total valuation allowance, approximate tax effect of each type of temporary difference and carryforward that gives rise to a significant portion of deferred tax liabilities and deferred tax assets, utilization of a tax carryback, and tax uncertainties information.
