7.     Transactions with Manager and Affiliates

Pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreement, the Trust incurs an annual management fee (the “Management Fee”) payable to the Manager for its services in connection with the management of the affairs of the Trust. The annual Management Fee is equal to 0.5% of Invested Assets (as such term is defined in the Trust Agreement). The Trust incurred Management Fees of $176,405, $192,141 and $192,141 for the years ended March 30, 2013, 2012 and 2011, respectively. Unpaid Management Fees in the amount of $816,571 and $895,347 are reflected as payable to manager and affiliates in the accompanying balance sheets as of March 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
