INTANGIBLE ASSETS AND GOODWILL	GOODWILLThe acquisition of Orad resulted in goodwill of $32.6 million in 2015. Through the evaluation of the discrete financial information that is regularly reviewed by the chief operating decision makers (our chief executive officer and chief financial officer), we have determined that we have one reporting unit. We have stockholders’ deficit of $124.1 million as of December 31, 2021. As the goodwill of our reporting unit has a negative carrying value, it will not be impaired.
