The Company had six reportable segments as of June 30, 2022 and three as of June 30, 2021; see Note 1 for a brief description of the Company’s business.

AVLP and SMC Segment Information

 

The AVLP and SMC acquisitions were completed in June 2022. The results of operations were not material to the Company’s consolidated results of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022. As of June 30, 2022, identifiable assets for AVLP and SMC were $49.9 million and $35.0 million, respectively.
