This Amended Annual Report on Form 10-K is filed solely for the purpose of adding additional disclosure to the Original Filing resulting from comments received from the SEC during its review of our Offering Statement on Form 1-A, originally filed with the SEC on May 13, 2019 and as amended on August 14, 2019 and September 25, 2019 (the “Subsequent Filings”), and our responses to such comments contained within the Subsequent Filings.
