The following pro forma data for the three months ended March 31, 2018 summarizes the results of operations for the period indicated as if the Enertec acquisition, which closed on May 23, 2018 had been completed as of the beginning of the period presented. The pro forma data gives effect to actual operating results prior to the acquisition.
