SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 11, 2024, the Company agreed to a net settlement of approximately $1.5 million with a third party insurance carrier related to the reimbursement of expenses associated with the closed SEC investigation of the Company's accounting practices from fiscal years 2017 and 2018. The settlement will be recognized as a gain in the Company's consolidated financial statements in the fourth quarter.
