RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	15. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS There were no related party transactions during the years ended June 30, 2014 and 2013. During the year ended June 30, 2012, the Company incurred approximately $744,000 in connection with legal services provided by the law firm of a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. As of July 2012 this person was no longer a Director.
