SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	9. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In January 2014, the Company entered into a capital lease for office equipment totaling $162,718 due in sixty monthly installments of $3,189 through January 2019. In February 2014, the Company entered into a capital lease for network equipment totaling $182,217 due in 48 monthly installments of $4,690 through January 2018.
