RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	15. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the years ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, the Company incurred approximately $744,000 and $513,000, respectively, in connection with legal services provided by the law firm of a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. At June 30, 2012, approximately $119,000 was due to this individual. As of July 2012 this person was no longer a Director.
