RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION	8. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION On November 20, 2015, we engaged KKR Capstone Consulting, LLC (“KKR Capstone”), a consulting company of operational professionals that works exclusively with portfolio companies of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Nathaniel M. Zilkha, a member of our Board of Directors, is a member of KKR Management LLC, which is an affiliate of KKR Asset Management LLC (“KAM”), a substantial stockholder of our Company, and an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. KKR Capstone will receive a fee of approximately $1.3 million in connection with providing consulting services to the Company in the ordinary course of business. Mr. Zilkha will not receive any direct compensation or direct financial benefit from the engagement of KKR Capstone. During the three-month period ended March 31, 2016, we incurred costs of approximately $0.6 million related to this related party engagement.

8. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION

Nathaniel M. Zilkha, a member of our Board of Directors, is a member of KKR Management LLC, which is an affiliate of KKR Asset Management LLC (“KAM”), a substantial stockholder of our Company, and an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. KKR Capstone will receive a fee of approximately $1.3 million in connection with providing consulting services to the Company in the ordinary course of business.
