During the three months ended March 31, 2014, the Company initiated the disposition of centers due to management’s assessment of the Company’s strategy in the market and due to the limited growth opportunities at these centers. The Company did not dispose of any centers during the three months ended March 31, 2015. For disposals occurring in 2014 and prior, the results of operations of discontinued centers have been classified as discontinued operations in all periods presented. As of January 1, 2015, the Company adopted ASU 2014-08 which raised the threshold for a disposal to qualify as a discontinued operation. As a result, the Company expects that such future disposals of its centers will no longer meet the definition to be accounted for as discontinued operations, and any gain or loss from such disposals will be included in continuing operations.
