During the three months ended March 31, 2014 and the year ended December 31, 2013, the Company initiated the disposition of certain of its centers due to management’s assessment of the Company’s strategy in the market and due to the limited growth opportunities at these centers. Results of operations (net of income tax) of the centers discontinued for the three months ended March 31, 2014and 2013are as follows (in thousands):
