During the nine months ended September 30, 2013 and 2012, the Company initiated the disposition of certain of its centersdue to management's assessment of the limited growth opportunities at these centers as a result of certain market driven strategies. Results of operations of the centers discontinued for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2013and 2012are as follows (in thousands):
