1During the years ended December 31, 2024, 2023 and 2022, we had Operating and administrative costs from the Seaway Crude Pipeline System of $650 million, $632 million and $495 million, respectively. These costs are a result of an operational contract where we utilize capacity on Seaway Crude Pipeline System assets for use in our Liquids Pipelines business.
