INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXESThe effective income tax rates for the three months ended March 31, 2022 and 2021 were 22.4% and 19.3%, respectively. The period-over-period increase in the effective income tax rate is due to the effect of rate-regulated accounting for income taxes relative to earnings and an increase in US minimum tax.
