Investment in Real Estate	Investment in Real Estate Acquisitions 2023 On March 28, 2023, we completed the acquisition of Red Oak Shores Campground, a 223-site RV community located in Ocean View, New Jersey for a purchase price of $9.5 million. The acquisition was accounted for as an asset acquisition under ASC 805, Business Combinations and was funded from our unsecured line of credit. Impairment During the quarter ended March 31, 2023, we recorded an impairment charge of approximately $2.6 million related to flooding events at certain Properties in California.
