Investment in Real Estate	Investment in Real Estate Acquisitions On March 28, 2023, we completed the acquisition of Red Oak Shores Campground, a 223-site RV community located in Ocean View, New Jersey for a purchase price of $9.5 million. The acquisition was accounted for as an asset acquisition under ASC 805, Business Combinations and was funded from our unsecured line of credit. Impairment During the nine months ended September 30, 2023, we recorded impairment charges of approximately $3.6 million primarily related to flooding events at certain Properties in California.
