On July 23, 2021, the Board of Directors of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (referred to herein as “we,” “us,” and “our”) declared a third quarter 2021 dividend of $0.3625 per common share, representing, on an annualized basis, a dividend of $1.45 per common share. The dividend will be paid on October 8, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 24, 2021.
