Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On February 24, 2020, we executed agreements to terminate certain gathering, processing and transportation contracts in exchange for consideration of approximately $70 million, comprised of $54 million in cash and $16 million of linefill inventory. During the first quarter of 2020, we will recognize a non-recurring $70 million expense related to the contract termination. Additionally, the contract termination will remove approximately $169 million of future commitments related to gathering, processing and transportation agreements.
