Amendment Description	Amendment No. 1 on Form 10-Q/A (this “Form 10-Q/A") amends and restates certain items noted below in the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q of AZZ Inc. (the “Company”) for the quarter ended May 31, 2017, as originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 6, 2017 (the “Original Filing”). This Form 10-Q/A amends the Original Filing to reflect the correction of an error in the previously reported financial statements related to the Company’s revenue recognition practices within its Energy segment. See Note 2 to the Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements included in Item 1 for additional information and a reconciliation of the previously reported amounts to the restated amounts.
