SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In February 2026, the Company became the operator with a 60% working interest in the Kossipo field on the CI-40 Block with a field development plan to be completed in the second half of 2026.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
