NOTE 5 - EQUITY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 5 – EQUITY TRANSACTIONS On December 2, 2019, the Company amended its articles of incorporation with the state of Nevada increasing the number of authorized common stock of the Company to 250,000,000 shares. There were no equity transactions during the six months ended June 30, 2020 or 2019, resulting in 11,000,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding at June 30, 2020 and December 31, 2019.

The entire disclosure for shareholders' equity comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, including other comprehensive income. Includes, but is not limited to, balances of common stock, preferred stock, additional paid-in capital, other capital and retained earnings, accumulated balance for each classification of other comprehensive income and amount of comprehensive income.
