Sponsorship description	Company’s wholly owned subsidiary entered into a sponsorship commitment with a consultant to the University of Houston in the amount of $125,000 for one year ending on February 12, 2025, to be paid in twelve (12) installments of $10,416.66 each. As of July 18, 2024, the Company and the consultant have agreed to terminate the consulting agreement.
