Other Current Liabilities

Included in other current liabilities as of December 28, 2024 and December 30, 2023 were the following: (i) customer rebates of $81.5 million and $78.8 million, respectively, (ii) current taxes payable of $19.6 million and $22.8 million, respectively, and (iii) current environmental liabilities of $3.2 million and $3.9 million, respectively. In addition, the balance at December 28, 2024 included advances of $21.6 million related to the insurance claim for the March 2023 tornado at the Company’s Covington, Tennessee manufacturing operation.
