Item 7.01 — Regulation FD Disclosure

SpectraLink Corporation announced today that Mr. Gary Bliss will retire and step down as executive vice president of engineering effective May 31, 2005. Mr. Bliss will continue a relationship with the company in a consulting capacity for up to one year.*
