Subsequent Event Pursuant to a letter agreement dated June 21, 2013, Mr. Pell has agreed to provide financial assistance to us in the amount of up to $5.0 million, if necessary to support our operations, for a period ending on the earlier of (i) July 1, 2014 or (ii) our raising debt or equity capital in the amount of $5.0 million or more. This financial assistance, if drawn by us, would be on the same terms as our existing convertible debt with Mr. Pell.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
