Expected Annual Dividend Payment for Fiscal Year 2006

1. KT Corporation (the “Company” and NYSE symbol: KTC) currently plans to pay annual dividend in the amount of Won 2,000 per common share to the Company’s record holders of common shares as of December 31, 2006.

2. Actual dividend payment amount is subject to the approvals at the meeting of the board of directors and the annual shareholder’s meeting.
