Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In connection with the preparation of its financial statements for the thirteen and thirty-nine weeks ended November 1, 2014, the Company has evaluated events that occurred subsequent to November 1, 2014 through the date these financial statements were available to be issued, to determine whether any of these events required disclosure in the financial statements. The Company is not aware of any subsequent events that would require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements.
