Item 1.01 – Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
 
On September 29, 2008, Applied Nanotech Holdings, Inc. issued the attached press release related to the next phase of a research contract that is effective October 1, 2008 related to its technical inks projects. This next phase will result in a minimum of $700,000 in revenue over the next twelve months.
