Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	10. Related Party Transactions The Company paid legal fees and disbursements of approximately $0 and $8,000 in the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively, for services provided by a law firm owned by a former member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Additionally, as the Company no longer utilizes this firm, no accrued unbilled legal fees exist as of December 31, 2024.
