Related Party Transactions The Company paid legal fees and disbursements of approximately $95,000 and $19,000 in the three month periods ended March 31, 2020 and 2019, respectively, for services provided by a law firm that is owned by a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Additionally, the Company had accrued unbilled legal fees at March 31, 2020 of approximately $35,000 and no unpaid legal expenses accrued at March 31, 2019.
