Subsequent Event	Note 16. Subsequent Event On July 4, 2011, the Company divested a 50% interest in its Refractories joint venture in Korea for $1.5 million. As a result of such transaction, the Company has a 20% equity interest in this entity and will recognize a non-cash foreign currency translation loss of approximately $1.4 million relating to the deconsolidation of this entity.
