SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 6 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Registration Statement on Form S-3 On July 2, 2021, the Company filed a registration statement on Form S-3 (SEC File No. 333- 257690) relating to the sale of up to $200,000,000 in aggregate amount of securities of the Company identified in the prospectus that forms a part of the registration statement. The registration statement was declared effective by the SEC on July 9, 2021.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
