[1] The Company tests unamortizable intangible assets by comparing the fair value and the carrying value of such assets. During the third quarter of fiscal 2014, the Company completed its annual impairment tests for its other unamortizable intangible assets by comparing the estimated fair value to the carrying value of such assets and determined that one of its publishing contracts has become impaired. As a result, during the third quarter of fiscal 2014, the Company recorded a non-cash impairment charge of $1,602 in selling and administrative expenses.
