Capital Stock	(11) Capital Stock In May 2013, the Company completed a public sale of 6,900,000 shares of its common stock at a per share price of $14.53. Net proceeds to the Company from the sale totaled approximately $93.5 million, after deducting expenses and the commission in connection with the offering paid by the Company.

The entire disclosure for shareholders' equity comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, including other comprehensive income.
