RELATED PARTIES	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONSThe Company has a Related Party Transaction committee including at least two independent directors who review and pre-approve all related party transactions.From time to time, the Company consults Ruddy Gregory, PLLC., a related party law firm of which James Gregory, a member of the Board of Directors and the Secretary of the Company, serves as a partner. During the years ended December 31, 2022, 2021 and 2020, we paid $607 thousand, $742 thousand, and $63 thousand, respectively, to such law firm for services rendered, which included the review and the drafting of documentation in connection with the Mobile Refinery purchase agreement.
