RELATED PARTIES	RELATED PARTIES The Company has a Related Party Transaction committee including at least two independent directors who review and pre-approve any and all related party transactions. We had one customer whose President, Chief Executive Officer and owner was Dan Cowart, the brother of our Chief Executive Officer and largest stockholder, Benjamin P. Cowart. The total amount paid to this related party at December 31, 2016 was $113,576 for rent, equipment rental and transportation. There were no related party transactions during the year ended December 31, 2017.
