The following table sets forth the Company’s unaudited operating results for each of the eight quarters in the two-year period ended January 31, 2014. The information is derived from the Company’s unaudited financial statements. In the opinion of management, the Company’s unaudited financial statements include all adjustments (consisting only of normal recurring adjustments) necessary for a fair presentation thereof. The financial information presented for the interim periods has been prepared in a manner consistent with the Company’s accounting policies described in Note 2 and should be read in conjunction therewith. Operating results for interim periods are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be expected for a full-year period or any future period.
