10. Other Operating Income and Expense

During the

three

months ended

June 29, 2019,

the Company recorded a gain on the partial sale of a plant in the Midwest of

$4,075,000.

The Company also recorded a gain of on the sale of unused fixed assets of

$752,000.

During the

three

months ended

June 30, 2018,

the Company sold unused fixed assets which resulted in a gain of

$806,000.

These items are included in other operating income in the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Statements of Net Earnings (Loss).
