Assets Held For Sale

The Company is in the process of closing on the sale of

one

of the Company’s northwest processing facilities.  The Company expects this facility to be sold within the next

months.  In conjunction with this potential sale, the carrying value of the assets held for sale at

June 30, 2018,

which are property, plant and equipment, total

million which represented

0.4%

of total assets on the Consolidated Balance Sheet.
