5.Stockholders’ Equity During the six-month period ended October 1, 2016, the Company repurchased 31,500shares or $955,000 of its Class A Common Stock as Treasury Stock and 1,837 shares or $66,000 of its Class B Common Stock also as Treasury Stock. As of October 1, 2016, there are 2,314,887 shares or $66,730,000 of repurchased stock. These shares are not considered outstanding.
