On September 29, 2004 the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it has received a purchase order for $1.8 million for an initial installation of a 2.2 megawatt Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply (RUPS), to be delivered in the first calendar quarter of 2005. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K.
