SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	12. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 7, 2018, the Company obtained a commitment letter from BankUnited, N.A. with respect to amending the BankUnited Facility to, among other things, extend the term of each of the Revolving Loan and the Term Loan for an additional year to June 30, 2020, and to waive non-compliance with the leverage ratio financial covenant. The amendments to the BankUnited Facility are subject to the lenders’ due diligence and the preparation and execution of formal documentation.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
