The company recognized a goodwill impairment charge of

For intangible assets with definite lives, the company recorded amortization expense of

million,
$11.9
million, and
$12.5
million in
2016,
2015,
and
2014,
respectively. Additionally for
2016,
the company recognized an impairment charge of
$6.0
