Income Tax Disclosure [Text Block]	8. Income Taxes The effective tax rate for the first quarter of 2015 was 24.3% compared to an effective tax rate of 24.9% in the first quarter of 2014. The effective tax rates for both 2015 and 2014 are lower than the U.S. statutory tax rate primarily due to the result of more income earned in low tax jurisdictions.
