Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	(14) Related Party Transactions We have amounts due to former owners of businesses we have acquired, some of whom are officers of certain of our subsidiaries. We had earnout liabilities of $27.1 million and $22.8 million at December 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively, reported in accounts payable and accrued liabilities in our consolidated balance sheets. We paid $3.0 million in 2014 and $7.2 million in 2013 related to these earnout agreements.
